About Ner LeElef

In only five years, Ner LeElef has established itself as a major force against the wave of assimilation, being the largest single source of Jewish leadership training, while providing critical manpower and resources worldwide in areas including the rabbinate, Jewish education, and outreach. Ner LeElef's first phase strategy to recruit and train at least one thousand worldwide Torah leaders is already becoming a reality.

Ner LeElef runs a training track for married couples who speak at least one langage of the Diaspora, and are committed to complete the program's minimum two-year part time weekly curriculum. All programs also include a parallel separate training track for women, preparing both husbands and wives to serve in a variety of communal capacities throughout the world.

Ner LeElef's initiative to train new Jewish leaders has already moved beyond its first phase goals. In addition to providing training to become rabbis, teachers, and community outreach professionals, Ner LeElef has already begun implementing the second phase of its plan - providing the human resources and placement within hundreds of communities throughout North America, South America, Russia, Europe and beyond.
